Single cell Li-ion Li-polymer battery charger for GPS tracker

This circuit was designed to charge portables CelloTrack GPS modules of Pointer company.
Is an advanced controller circuit to manage the linear charging of single cell battery
Made in molded potietilene with a USB type A connector in an end, a 2 meters ( 6 feet) wire and a cellotrack connector in the another end.
Have 2 LEDs to show when the circuit is charging.
